In this drawing, I used a perspective point to create a room. I used value and proportion to show the size of objects in a realistic, but creative way. My drawing includes a window, a doorway, a cabinet, and a drawing on the wall. I also shaded certain areas to show thicker lines that are also darker. All of my objects line up well with my prospective point, and overall, I think this is a pretty good drawing.
With this project I created a horizon line and perspective point. This gave me a point to make my shapes go to, in order to make it look more three dimensional. With this project I used overlapping elements as well as value and different sizes. This project makes the shapes look like they pop out at you and looks very cool.
This project, I could not finish in time. I had a difficult time making the lines straight enough to give it the swirling effect, and I envisioned too big of a project than I had time for. However, for what I do have do have down, the art elements that I used value. Som lines are darker than the others making it pop out in the center. The new thing that I learned with this project was that a bunch of lines spaced out in the right was can make up a swirling shape.
My drawing looks like a bunch of three dimensional shapes shooting out of the corner. I did this project by making parallel shapes and drawing more parallel shapes on the corners of the previous shape. A new skill I learned was overlapping to create a 3D effect. This project also looks like it is shooting out of the corner because it goes from smaller shapes to larger shapes.
